Auburn City Code Chapter 8.08.020 requires all parcels with water service to subscribe to garbage service in order to maintain public health, prevent public litter, and preserve the natural resources. If there are multiple units, at least one of the units must have garbage service. Property Managers/Owners are required to provide adequate garbage service for all tenants.
