Bulky items like mattresses, appliances, console televisions, furniture and building materials can be picked up from Troutdale residents by special arrangement. Contact WM Customer Service or 800-808-5901 (M-F 7 am - 5 pm).

Inclement Weather Policy
If your regular curbside collection is postponed due to severe weather conditions, City of Troutdale customers may bring normal volumes of garbage to the Troutdale Transfer Station for disposal. This offer is only for Waste Management customers who live in the City of Troutdale. To confirm residency, please bring a Waste Management invoice or proof of Troutdale residency.
