Recycled Plastics Come Clean
Before you recycle, give your plastic containers
a quick rinse or swipe with a spatula.  Empty out any
liquid and remove as much food residue as possible.

 A Few More Things to Know

• Don’t recycle plastic according to the number on the container bottom. All you have to remember is that plastic containers (like tubs, jugs, cups and bottles) are all OK for the recycling bin.
