Extras Must Be Properly Prepared

If you have exta materials, please note extras must be properly prepared for curbside collection. Proper preparation is essential for efficiency and safety as we deploy all available resources to sustain regular curbside collection. Please go to your community page to see instructions for Setting out Extras.

Bulky Waste Collection Suspended Temporarily

If bulky waste collection is regularly included in your local service, please note we are temporarily suspending bulky waste collection so all available resources may be dedicated to regular curbside collection. Please do not place bulky items at the curb as they will not be collected. Bulky waste collection will resume at a date yet to be determined - after the COVID-19 crisis passes. This website is the #1 source for information as updates become available.
