- South City of Everett
- S. of 112th St SE (magenta & blue on map)
- Eastmont
- Silver Lake (incl.75th St overpass)
- Uninc. areas south of the Stillaguamish River
North Snohomish Co.
(Uninc. areas north of the Stillaguamish River)
