If your container(s) were at the curb by 6:00 am on your collection day and were not emptied by 6:00 pm, Waste Management is very sorry for the inconvenience. We will empty missed containers within 24 hours after they have been reported. Avoid Missed Collection: Put containers out by 6:00 am: Collection times vary as routing schedules change, and so it is very important to have all containers at the street by 6:00 am.
